often come across owners of businesses in our industry
who have no idea how their business is doing, they
wait until their accountant comes in to tell them
if they are making any money. It is our goal for owners
to be able to look at their businesses in a weekly,
monthly and quarterly basis and know exactly how they
are doing, this can be done by customizing management
systems and educating owners and managers on how to
use them.
We
don't believe the same system works in each place
(just because it works in the salon down the street
doesn't mean it will work for you), which is why
we will develop systems with the owners and their
staff that will work in the culture and environment
they have created.
We
believe strongly in the philosophy that people support
that which they help to create. We believe that
